Young Arts Bursaries - NTU End of Year exhibition

Heather, Jo and Margaret visited the exhibition of work about to be judged as part of the final year Graduate awards. This included the exhibition area, a cat walk display of work by Fashion and Knitwear students, and a view of the workrooms showing the development of projects.

We met with Phoebe-Nicole Steer (fashion design), Molly Round (fashion desgn and knitted textiles) and Isabella Malstrom-Bevan (textile design) who all thanked The Arts Society Nottingham and explained how the bursaries we awarded had allowed them to use natural and subtle dyes and interesting fabrics in their work.

A fuller report will appear in the Young Arts section shortly. The students will be sending photos once the final rush to finish their projects beore next week is over.
